This Venue Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to venue owners, operators, and managers ("Venue Operators") who use ArcadeGo to claim, manage, and promote their venues. It supplements our general Privacy Policy, which also applies to your use of the platform.
ArcadeGo ("ArcadeGo," "we," "our," or "us") is operated by Arcade Supply Company LLC. By creating a venue account or using venue management features, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Information We Collect from Venue Operators
Account Information
When you register as a venue operator, we collect:
- Full name
- Email address
- Password credentials
- Phone number (if provided for SMS notifications)
Venue Information
To power your venue listing, we collect:
- Venue name, address, and location coordinates
- Business contact information
- Operating hours
- Attraction and machine inventories
- Photos and promotional media
- Event listings and announcements
- Pricing and admission information
- Amenities and accessibility details
Usage and Platform Data
We collect data about how you interact with the platform, including:
- Login activity and session information
- Feature usage (dashboard, event creation, waiver management, etc.)
- IP address and device information
- Analytics related to your venue listing (views, saves, player interactions)
Venue Customer Data (Waivers)
If you use ArcadeGo's waiver tools, personal information submitted by your customers (such as names, signatures, and contact details) is collected and processed on your behalf. You are the responsible party for how that data is used in connection with your business. See Section 6 for details.
2. SMS and Customer Communications
If you use ArcadeGo's waiver tools, you may provide your customers' phone numbers to send them a waiver signing link via SMS. ArcadeGo delivers these messages on your behalf through Twilio.
As the venue operator initiating this communication, you are responsible for ensuring you have a legitimate basis to contact the customer (e.g., they provided their number at check-in or upon request). ArcadeGo processes these phone numbers solely to deliver the waiver link — we do not use them for marketing, and we do not sell them to third parties.

3. How We Use Venue Operator Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and maintain your venue account
- Display and promote your venue listing on ArcadeGo
- Deliver SMS and email notifications related to your account
- Process venue claims and verify ownership
- Provide venue analytics and performance insights
- Enable waiver management and customer communication tools
- Moderate content and enforce our policies
- Respond to support requests
- Improve platform features used by venue operators
- Enforce our Venue Terms of Service
4. Sharing of Venue Operator Information
Publicly Through the Platform
Your venue listing information — including name, address, hours, attractions, photos, and events — is publicly visible on ArcadeGo by design. Your personal account information (name, email, phone) is not displayed publicly.
With Service Providers
We share data with vendors that help operate ArcadeGo, including:
- Twilio — SMS delivery
- Email delivery providers
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
- Analytics providers
These providers access information only as needed to perform services on our behalf and are contractually prohibited from using it for other purposes.
For Legal Reasons
We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of users, the public, or the platform.
Business Transfers
If ArcadeGo is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, venue operator information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Data Retention
We retain venue operator account information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain platform integrity. Venue listing content may remain on the platform after account closure in anonymized or attributed form, as described in our Venue Terms of Service.
6. Venue Customer Data (Waivers and Interactions)
When your customers use ArcadeGo features at your venue — such as signing digital waivers — their personal information is collected and stored by ArcadeGo on your behalf.
As the venue operator, you:
- Are the responsible party for determining how this data is used in connection with your business
- Must have a lawful basis for collecting customer data through our tools
- Are responsible for providing appropriate notice to your customers about data collection
- Must comply with applicable privacy laws (including CCPA, GDPR where applicable)
ArcadeGo acts as a data processor for waiver and customer interaction data on your behalf. We process this data only as directed and in accordance with our agreement with you. We do not sell your customers' data.
7. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect venue operator and customer data. However, no system is completely secure. Promptly notify us at hello@arcadego.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including:
- Accessing your account and venue data
- Correcting inaccurate information
- Requesting deletion of your account
- Opting out of SMS or email communications
- Requesting portability of your data

9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy periodically. Updated versions will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of venue management features after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
