Who can sign up as a venue owner?
Any operator of an arcade, barcade, family entertainment center, bowling alley, pinball hall, or amusement venue. We support all types of entertainment venues that offer coin-op or amusement attractions to the public.
Is it really free?
Yes. Creating an account and claiming your venue is completely free. Basic listing management — including your game catalog, events, photos, hours, and review responses — is included at no cost. We may introduce optional premium features in the future; if we do, we'll give existing venues advance notice and the free tier will remain available.
My venue is already listed. What do I do?
Create an account, then search for your venue in the portal and submit a claim. Our team reviews claims within 24 hours. Once approved, you'll have full management access.
My venue isn't listed yet. Can I add it?
Absolutely. After creating an account you can submit a new venue. We review submissions within 24 hours and notify you when it's live.
How do players find my venue?
Players discover venues through the interactive map in the iOS and Android apps, by browsing by category, and through web searches. Complete listings with photos, a full game catalog, and active events rank significantly higher in local results.
What types of venues are supported?
ArcadeGo supports arcades, barcades, family entertainment centers, bowling alleys with arcade floors, pinball museums and bars, mini golf venues, escape rooms, go-kart tracks, laser tag arenas, and more. If you have coin-op or amusement attractions, you belong on ArcadeGo.
Is there an app for venue owners?
The venue management portal is a web-based dashboard accessible from any browser on desktop or mobile. Our iOS and Android apps are player-facing; venue management is done through the web portal at arcadego.app.
