- Venue ownership and management tools

ArcadeGo may evolve over time and features may be added, modified, or removed without notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use ArcadeGo.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with parental or guardian consent.
By using the Service, you represent that:

- You will comply with these Terms and applicable laws
3. User Accounts

4. Venue Ownership & Claims
ArcadeGo may allow users or businesses to claim venue listings and manage associated content.
By claiming or managing a venue, you represent that:
- You are authorized to act on behalf of the venue or business
- Information submitted is accurate
- Uploaded content belongs to you or you have permission to use it
ArcadeGo reserves the right to verify ownership and revoke access if claims are disputed or fraudulent.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, including:
- Reviews
- Photos
- Venue information
- Event listings
- Comments
- Profile information
- High scores
- Uploaded media
By submitting content, you grant ArcadeGo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and modify (for formatting, optimization, or moderation purposes) your content solely in connection with operating and promoting the Service.
You are solely responsible for your content.
6. Content Restrictions
You agree not to upload or submit content that:
- Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
- Violates intellectual property rights
- Contains harassment, hate speech, or threats
- Contains pornography or sexually explicit material
- Promotes illegal activity
- Contains malware or harmful code
- Violates privacy rights
- Misrepresents venues, businesses, or events
We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.
7. Reviews, Ratings, and Scores
Reviews, ratings, and score submissions are community-generated and may not reflect objective facts.
Users agree:
- To provide honest feedback
- Not to manipulate ratings or rankings
- Not to submit fake reviews or fabricated scores
- Not to harass businesses or other users
ArcadeGo does not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted content. High score systems are honor-based unless otherwise specified.
8. Media Upload Guidelines
Users uploading venue or promotional media agree to follow all published upload requirements and guidelines.
Media may not:
- Include offensive or explicit content
- Contain misleading advertising
- Include excessive promotional overlays, banners, or unrelated advertisements
- Violate copyrights or trademarks
- Misrepresent a venue or event
ArcadeGo may adapt uploaded media for display across the Service.
9. Events & Promotions
Venues and users may create events, promotions, or announcements.
You are responsible for ensuring:
- Event details are accurate
- Promotions comply with applicable laws
- Scheduled events are lawful and properly authorized
ArcadeGo is not responsible for cancellations, scheduling errors, attendance issues, or disputes arising from events or promotions.
10. Third-Party Data & Attribution
ArcadeGo may display or integrate data from third-party services, including mapping providers, public databases, and community APIs. Third-party data may be subject to separate licenses or attribution requirements. ArcadeGo does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or completeness of third-party data. Examples may include:
- OpenStreetMap
- Pinball Map
- Other public or commercial venue data providers
11. API Access
If ArcadeGo provides API access:
- You may only use APIs in accordance with published documentation
- You may not abuse, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the platform
- Rate limits and usage restrictions may apply
We may revoke API access at any time.
12. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Interfere with platform operations
- Circumvent security measures
- Scrape or harvest user data without permission
- Use bots or automation abusively
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or infrastructure
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Upload malicious software
- Abuse moderation systems
13. Intellectual Property
The ArcadeGo platform, branding, logos, software, design, and original content are owned by ArcadeGo or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy or redistribute platform code or branding
- Use ArcadeGo trademarks without permission
- Create derivative services that substantially replicate the platform
14. Privacy
Your use of ArcadeGo is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
15. Availability & Changes
ArcadeGo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify features, add or remove functionality, restrict access, suspend services, or perform maintenance without liability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the platform, create legal or operational risk, or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability sections.
17. Disclaimers
ArcadeGo does not guarantee:
- Accuracy of venue information
- Availability of attractions or machines
- Accuracy of hours or events
- Reliability of user-generated content
- Safety or quality of venues
Users assume all risks associated with visiting venues or participating in events.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArcadeGo and its operators shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or data, business interruption, user disputes, venue-related incidents, or reliance on inaccurate information.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ArcadeGo in the preceding 12 months, if any.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ArcadeGo, its operators, affiliates, employees, and partners from claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of laws or third-party rights.
20. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Michigan unless otherwise required by applicable law.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
